Goodbye

Humans are pretty much oxymorons. We're never satisfied with what we want. We could ask for something and when we're actually given that particular something, we're gonna wish we didn't have it at first.

Let's see how true this is.

1) People these days always blame other people for not making a place safe enough for them. Places like where? Hot tourist spots, car parks, shopping centers etc. So what do the management guys do? They installed CCTVs and stationed security guards. And what? Now we’re complaining again. Do you wanna smooch your girlfriend in the park while the CCTV is watching? Do you wanna browse for items and having a shop assistant following you around? Or do you wanna be in a car park alone at night only to notice the security guard had been stalking you? No.

2) Back before the information age, we had diaries. It’s a small and thick book where we write about our daily life, complain about the bad things that happened, be thankful for the good things, who our crushes were and who our crushes ARE *snicker* And some humans, as curious as we are, would sneakily read another person’s diary without permission. An argument takes place and the loser gets his/her head bitten off. Come the information age, we have web logs, better known as blogs, and honestly speaking, it is just an electronic diary, accessible to ALL with internet access. It’s like shoving your own diary to someone’s face now.

3) I could almost hear you thinking that you won’t complain if I could give u $1,000,000. Well, what if you found out that I’ve given your friends $10,000,000 instead? What about the taxes you needed to pay from that $1 million? What happens when you park your red Porsche at the roadside so you can enjoy your favorite bowl of laksa? You would just stop your education which would be more beneficial to you than the $1 million itself in the long run. Humans are humans. We complain. A lot.

After a long period of inactivity, I guess it is time to close down this blog. Yes yes, some of you are already complaining "Why so soon?" and some of you saying "At last!"

I don’t want to rot my eyes staring at the pc monitor for too long. I’m too lazy to type. I don’t have time to type. And i don't want people to read my blog (i.e electronic diary) and hear me complain and rant or be thankful for stuff that I have and they don't.

Thanks for reading. Tempus neminem manet. Time to move on. Farewell.

Godspeed.
